Pet Agreement

This pet agreement contract is between Barefoot Vacation Rentals and and concerns the pet(s) that will staying in the vacation rental property. This agreement is legally binding and is an addendum to the vacation rental lease between both parties.

Vacation Rental Property:

Pet description and details:

Guest must notify Barefoot Vacation Rentals if any additional pets other than the animals listed below will be at the property. Guest must complete the following form for all pets visiting the premises:

Pet regulations and restrictions:

Pet must wear proper identification at all times.
Pet must be up-to-date on all required vaccinations as per veterinarian and state code.
Pet must be on a leash at all times when not in the home.
Pets must be house trained and guest will clean up after the pet daily.
Pets are not allowed in pool or jacuzzi.

Tenant obligations and liabilities:

Guest agrees to disclose any and all pets staying at the property. If guest wishes to have an additional pet, they must get written approval from Barefoot Vacation Rentals and will be required to pay additional fees and costs.
Guest is responsible to pay for and repair any damage (outside of normal wear and tear) caused by the pet both and out of the property.
Guest will cover the cost of injuries caused by the pet while on the property.
Guest is responsible for ensuring the pet is not a public nuisance or disturbance.
Guest agrees to pay the additional fees and deposits required in addition to the cost of the vacation rental agreement.
Guest agrees to pick up all stool, urine and or vomit and discard in outside waste bins. Failure to do so will result in a $20 fee per issue that is remaining at property after check out.

Management rights and obligations:

Management will determine which kind of animals, breeds and sizes are allowed or prohibited from visiting the property.
Management will determine the number of pets allowed at the vacation rental.
Management will not be responsible for injury and or the loss of life of the pet staying at the vacation rental.

By signing below, you agree to all of the stipulations outlined by Barefoot Vacation Rentals. Any violation of this agreement could result in eviction, damages, and costs or attorney fee costs.
