This beautiful, simple, and European-styled home has everything you could ask for in a home away from home. This spacious 3000 sq ft, 5-bedroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Temecula's Wine Country and its many award-winning restaurants. Our 'Champagne and Sunshine' offers more than a stunning place to sleep, but a place to make lasting memories with your family and friends. Does someone like to cook? We have options! Cook up some delicious breakfast in our fully stocked kitchen, including pots, pans, plates, and basic cooking equipment, or turn on the outdoor BBQ to cook up some burgers while others lay around on one of the many lawn chairs wrapped around the incredible pool. Enjoy a glass of local wine while relaxing in the jacuzzi. Did we mention complimentary coffee? Yes, pour yourself a cup of coffee or tea anytime throughout the day, and spruce it up with creamer and sugar, also provided for you at the home. ‘Champagne and Sunshine’ can comfortably sleep 10 guests with two large indoor living spaces, and a comfortable outside space to entertain. The home has three rooms with king beds, One room with a queen bed, and another room with twin bunk beds, each room has hotel-quality linen supplied. All bathrooms are stocked with hotel-like provisions as well, including towels, shampoo, soap, and a blow dryer. This vacation rental offers guests the added fun of a large 'Connect 4' game as well as a Croquet set - perfect for enjoying some friendly competition and outdoor entertainment during your stay! Booking with Barefoot Vacation Rentals has additional privileges, as we have partnered with many restaurants, wineries, tour companies, and private chefs in town that offer discounts to our many guests. Once your reservation is confirmed, a link with these discounts will be sent to you. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Please ask your host for more details.

Or relax in the jacuzzi. *Pool IS NOT heated but can be heated (only during the months of April thru Oct and outside air must exceed 68 degrees Fahrenheit) for an additional $400 per night with a 2 night minimum. If heating the pool, a pool heating agreement must be signed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a Strict cancellation policy. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially canceled when the guest sends an email/ text stating a cancellation or via the platform, the reservation is made on.
– For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 60 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
– If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
– If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
