Our 'Grape Desires', is a decadently designed estate, with exquisite amenities to match. This 2150 sqft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can sleep 7 people comfortably. This stunning estate is wrapped with grape vines as far as the eye can see. Located just across the street are two local wineries, Palumbo Family Vineyard and Lorenzi Estate Vineyards & Winery. This home has everything you need while enjoying your home away from home. The large kitchen is stocked with commercial grade appliances and is equipped with many cooking items you'll want to use. Whip up some complimentary coffee or tea, as you sit on the patio out back watching the hot air balloons fly overhead. For lunch, turn on one of the two BBQ's and start cooking up a delicious meal, while your guests are catching a tan and splashing around in the pool. Take a short 3 minute walk to one of the neighboring wineries and enjoy a glass of wine. For dinner, call one of our recommended personal chefs to make a phenomenal meal with local ingredients paired with local wine. As the sun sets, gather together in the large jacuzzi and watch the stunning sunset over the rolling vineyard hills. The master bedroom, adorned with a memory foam king size bed, has a large custom built bathroom attached. The second room is also adorned with a memory foam king bed. The third room has a full and a twin bed. There is an additional day bed in a small building at the rear of the property. Grape Desires has a backyard to entertain your family and guests, with a large pool, jacuzzi, two covered sitting areas and two Barbecues (gas and charcoal), and a massive wood burning stone fireplace, you'll find yourself never wanting to leave. Our property produces over 3,800 lbs of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that are used in Wilson Creeks Wine! Sit back and enjoy the extravagant ambiance of the home, the impeccable view of the Temecula wine valley and allow us to fulfill your ‘Grape Desires.’ Barefoot Vacation Rentals has partnered with local wineries and restaurants in town. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a link with digital discounts. Show your phone to the 15+ wineries, 10+ Restaurants and local activities such as hot air balloon rides or a personal wine tour and receive a discount. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Please ask the host for more details.

Swimming Pool
Enjoy making a splash and taking in the views in the pool. *Pool IS NOT heated but can be heated (only during the months of April thru Oct and outside air must exceed 68 degrees Fahrenheit) for an additional $400 per night with a 2 night minimum. If heating the pool, a pool heating agreement must be signed.

REVIEWS
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a Strict cancellation policy. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially canceled when the guest sends an email/ text stating a cancellation or via the platform, the reservation is made on.
– For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 60 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
– If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
– If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
