The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters, a farmhouse sink, top-of-the-line appliances, quiet-close drawers cabinets, a sub-zero refrigerator, Bosch stainless steel appliances, and an induction cooktop. The kitchen also offers a commanding view of the lake and mountains and is open to the family room. CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a Strict cancellation policy. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially canceled when the guest sends an email/ text stating a cancellation or via the platform, the reservation is made on.
– For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 60 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
– If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
– If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
