Shiraz on Over’s intricate details will have you feeling like you really are at your home away from home. This 2000 square foot home has 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience. Towels & hotel-style accommodations are also provided. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with all essential cooking items. Enjoy a movie with your family and friends in a cozy living room with a fireplace. There are two pull out couches in the home as well. Shiraz on Over has an incredible backyard for entertaining and relaxing. Make memories around at the putting green, and enjoy the jacuzzi after an afternoon out, visiting our local Wineries that are less than 5 minutes away. Spend time with your friends and family around the grill and ample outdoor seating. You can also Shiraz on over to the Gazebo to over look the mature grapefruit orchard. Barefoot Vacation Rentals has partnered with local wineries and restaurants in town. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a link with digital discounts. Show your phone to the 15+ wineries, 10+ Restaurants and local activities such as hot air balloon rides or a personal wine tour and receive a discount. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Please ask the host for more details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a Strict cancellation policy. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.

Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially canceled when the guest sends an email/ text stating a cancellation or via the platform, the reservation is made on.

– For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 60 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
– If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
– If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
